Plumb Design, who built the killer Java applet “Visual Thesarus,” has a new toy, built on the same base ‘Thinkmap‘ technology. Instead of plowing through words, you can dig through comics by similarities such as plots, age of comic, and types of characters.
Unfortunately, the site’s an advertisement for Intel. If you’re using a Macintosh, you’ll be shown the door. Annoying since the original Thinkmap applets ran just fine on my Power Macs at home and work.
And no, Intel, I’m not going to run out and buy a Pentium based PC. Anyone know which resource string to modify in Navigator to send a disguised UA header?
