Mars in ‘Natural’ Light
Most images we see of Mars from Hubble, Pathfinder, Global Surveyor and Viking have been processed like a supermodel to reduce haze or enhance features. Here’s a photo, taken by the Hubble telescope that comes the closest to what Mars would look like to the eyes of an explorer peering out the window of an approching spacecraft.
