Y2K Pundit Gary North has a Side Project
So why was Gary North so excited about Y2K (and a couple of other apocalyptic hoaxes in the 70′s and 80′s?) Well it seems that he is a leader of a variety of Rightist Christianty so scary that Fundamentalists disclaim it in public. It’s called reconstructionism. Here, Reason magazine joins the rest of the ‘respectable right’ in distancing itself. I know, I know, you only make the missles, and you’re not responsible for who uses them.
