Condense.xsl and other Style Sheets

[ via the XSL list ] Mike Brown’s published some useful XSLT style sheets on his site. Condense.xsl tries to speed up the processing of XSL style sheets by removing stuff XPATH (the rules for specifying what nodes in an XML document you’re interested in) doesn’t need, expanding entities, and stripping extra whitespace.
