Portable Site Information

[ via XML-DEV ] Portable Site Information (PSI) is an open source project developing an XML vocabulary that would allow Web sites to be exchanged between content management systems. It has a vocabulary for describing site structure, access control lists, versioning, and metadata. To put this in context, ICE could be used to manage the distribution of PSI documents between Web sites. ICE would govern the syndication relationship, but PSI would contain the site specific information.
