People for Internet Responsiblity is a group started by RISKS Digest moderator Peter G. Neumann and Privacy Digest moderator Lauren Weinstein to address issues about the operation, management and regulation of the Internet. The group has published the first list of what they consider the major issues facing the Internet are, and have invited comment.
