Radar imaging a small planet
[ via Yahoo News ] Using the Arecibo Observatory, a group of scientists bounced radar signals off the asteroid 216 Kleopatra and used the resulting data to build a model of it. Yahoo describes it as a ‘dog bone,’ but it looks more like a Buffalo Wing.
