The Meerkat Service API
[ via Camworld ] O’Reilly Network’s published the API to their RSS headline aggregation service, Meerkat. The API allows you to fetch a view (what they call a flavor) of the data: HTML, Lightweight HTML, RSS, XML, and embeddable JavaScript. You can customize the feed by sending parameters. This is a great example of how to publish an interface to your site.
This weekend’s project may be bringing the More Like This API up to snuff.
