Tesh sues Vignette
[ via RC3 ] John Tesh took time out of his busy schedule of New Age composing and Gymnastics commentating to sue Vignette. How come? Because Vingette’s training staff told Tesh’s company StoryServer would not do any of the things the sales team said it would, and those were the reasons Tesh’s company bought StoryServer.
