PHP Sablotron XSLT Info

[ From the PHP Mailing List ] Lars Torben Wilson digested the Sablotron code in the PHP 4.0.3p1 distribution and pieces together a couple of ways to use it to implement XSL transforms. The functions are different than the previous Sablotron extensions.
