PHP Sablotron Documentation

[ via Urs Gehrig ] Justin Grant wrote a column for PHPBuilder on using the new Sablotron XSLT processor extensions in PHP. He takes the wrappers I wrote for Steven Liu’s orginal extension and updates them to work with the ‘official’ PHP functions.
