Elvis Costello picks 500 albums

[ via Fork ] Elvis Costello’s remains one of my favorite songwriters and musicians (“Get Happy!” and “Imperial Bedroom” are my favorites of his.) In the fall of 2000, Vanity Fair asked him for his list of 500 must-have albums. His list is full of country and jazz, as you’d expect, and it certainly is different than my collection.
