Unstrung reviewed the CTIA’s guidelines for safe phone use while driving and offerred their amendments.

1. Get to know your wireless phone and its features such as speed dial and redial.

This, of course, requires that you read your owners manual. First, flip through the first five sections to find the English version. Then read the directions carefully three times. Finally, learn about the features by pressing keys until something beeps.
