AppleScript for notifying Weblogs.com of Updates

I’ve written an AppleScript, which requires Mac OS 10.1, that sends the update ping message to Weblogs.com. This’ll support the changes Dave Winer is making to that service.

Updated: some bug fixes, and better error handling.
