The Flash of Unstyled Content
Bluerobot.com describes an IE5 Windows phenomena where, on large pages with CSS, the page will briefly flash the unstyled content before the style sheet’s applied. I think the FoUC is cool. It’s as if the page was ‘collecting its thoughts’ before speaking to us. YMMV.
