XML for Documenting Human Rights Abuses
[ via XML Hack ] European-based NGOs and IGOs making up HURIDOCS are investigating the use of XML to improve the flow of human rights information.
HURIDOCS already have controlled vocabularies and formats for documenting abuses of human rights, but are going to the developer and human rights communities to see if there’s interest in XMLizing them.
