Clute on Atwood

[ via S. Kasturi ] John Clute reviews Atwood’s Oryx and Crake. He finds that while Atwood has publicly distanced herself from the label of Science Fiction, she has written a novel that’s a derivative of the genre as it was written in the 1940s and 50s.
