Urs Gehrig and Edward Vielmetti suggested some GPS receivers with Bluetooth built-in: Socket, and Emtac make receivers w/o displays. You view them on your laptop or handheld.
Unfortunately, I still haven’t found a Bluetooth adapter for a my Garmin eTrax.
