Macromedia’s Project to Deliver ‘Rich’ Applications to the Browser

Macromedia’s Flex is another project to deliver ‘rich’ applications, with UIs defined in XML, to a browser. They may have an advantage in that, unlike Longhorn, Flash player is already installed nearly everywhere.
