A neighbor passed this item along:
Correction: Last week’s column mistakenly misidentified a source. The European Commission president is Romano Prodi, not Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
It’s an alleged correction notice from the Prague Post, as found in Workman Publishing’s The 365 Stupidest Things Every Said™ Calendar.
Perhaps it’s referring to this article on vampires and Prague. However there’s no mention of the European Commission in the article.
Google finds plenty of mentions of the alleged correction, but never a primary source. I’m suspicious.
