Kelley did the cover of at least the first novel  and maybe the second, as well as internal illustrations.  Phil took over (and I think they did re-issues as well) from Kelley, and also went on to write and draw the adaptation of the first Myth book into comic book form.</description>

There is a post on SFF.net about how Phil was found by the person who was to drive him to Marcon; he was slumped in a chair with an SF book in his hands. In a sense, that is dying with your boots on for an SF and Fantasy author.</description>
