Security issues related to the Frontpage extensions on Apache and Netscape servers. These extensions allow Frontpage users to manage their sites from within the Frontpage program. The exploits are related to file reading permissions in these directories and are mostly limited to filtching the editor passwords for sites. Link

I had thought this just applied to Communicator, however I just installed Navigator 4.7 (Win32) and the What’s Related feature is active here as well.
