MKDoc is a content management system with a web interface. MKDoc appears to produce RDF metadata documents for every document in the system. There’s now a distribution you can download from their site.

Site redesigns and platform changes may break valuable links to your site from search engines. An article in ClickZ discusses the problem. I also suggest using mod_rewrite to fix the problem.
Dublin Core is a set of elements for describing resources. Somewhere in the past couple of years, the DC group adopted RDF. Now the Dublin Core group’s released a simple scheme for encoding resource data as an XML document which is also valid RDF.
